Job Overview

Position Schedule : Full-Time

The Analytics Senior Manager is responsible for leading a team of analysts and data scientists across multiple functional areas. As a people leader, they are responsible for managing a highly engaged team and work with team members on their career progression through coaching and feedback. They work in collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring delivery of quality work products.

Essential Functions :

• Leading team members in achieving the department's stated objectives.
• Providing analytical insights to large and often complex initiatives.
• Executing best in class analytics within the area of responsibility.
• Equipping team members with the analytical knowledge and skills to inform the prioritization of deliverables and trade-off decisions to meet the needs of stakeholders.
• Partnering with senior leaders to integrate analytics into business decisions.
• Influencing business areas on how to effectively use analytics to solve business issues.
• Translating firmwide messaging to ensure functional understanding and change management.
• Accountable for the appropriate analytical approach for the business need(s).
• Responsible for translating department strategy into execution and implementation.
• Personnel decisions include performance reviews, hiring selection, and necessary training.

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Current home-based associates : While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status. Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
