Job Overview
The Segmentation and ROI Planning team within Experience, Brand and Marketing is responsible for delivering real time insights that result in improved marketing ROI and creating long-term client experience value creation. This team oversees the development of advanced analytic frameworks to measure marketing performance, marketing attribution, client behavior and campaign effectiveness and is responsible for the system of measures to assess EBM's impact. This team leverages data analytics and AI to create dynamic, real-time segmentation models that adapt to changing client behaviors. The Analytics Senior Manager is responsible for leading a team of marketing and Experience Analysts within the Experience, Brand and Marketing organization. This people leader is responsible for managing a highly engaged team while navigating members on their career progression through coaching and feedback. They work in collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring delivery of quality work products.
Essential Functions :
Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Current home-based associates : While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status. Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work. Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
