Program Manager, Data Center Construction Special Projects

Google is looking for a Program Manager for Data Center Construction Special Projects. This position is available in Austin, TX, USA; Midlothian, TX, USA; and remote locations in Arizona, California, Texas, and Utah. The role requires advanced experience in program or project management, specifically within mission-critical facilities, and a deep understanding of domain-related expertise.

Minimum qualifications include :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management across multiple global regions, specifically within mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers, chip fabrication plants) or a design-build / real estate development environment.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time as required.

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
