Cardiology Clinic Position

Cardiologists at Ascension Saint Thomas Heart Franklin are specially trained in the latest heart and vascular testing, treatment and procedures to prevent, diagnose and treat heart disease. The clinic is located at ST Heart Williams Medical Center in Franklin, TN and operates on a schedule of 7 : 00-5 : 00 Monday-Friday.

Compensation varies based on factors including experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range.

Responsibilities include assisting with the examination and treatment of patients, performing treatments ordered by provider, performing select clinical duties, interviewing patients, measuring vital signs, preparing treatment rooms, performing basic clerical duties, performing basic materials management functions, assisting with maintaining a clean and orderly environment, documenting provider's encounter with patients, listing all proper diagnoses and symptoms, transcribing patient orders.

Requirements include BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month, Certified Medical Assistant obtained within 4 Months, High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience.
