Booking Specialist - Remote

Our host agency provides unparalleled support and resources to help you succeed in the dynamic world of travel. Location : Available in the following countries : United States, Mexico, Australia, Argentina, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, or Peru.
Responsibilities : Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel goals. Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Handle bookings, reservations, payments, and other administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
Requirements : Fluent in English (reading and writing). Bilingual proficiency is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Passion for travel and exploring different cultures. Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred but not required.
