We are hiring for a RN Lead at Magic Valley Internal Medicine Clinics! What You Can Expect : In this role, you will support both our Internal Medicine Medical Plaza 2 and Internal Medicine Addison locations. As the RN Lead, you will provide essential leadership and support to the clinical team while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. You’ll collaborate closely with providers and practice managers, serving as a clinical resource and subject matter expert for clinical support. You will help drive team performance by sharing timely updates, cascading clinical education, mentoring staff, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency. This position plays a key role in fostering staff engagement, implementing best practices, and promoting a culture of clinical excellence across both Internal Medicine sites. Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's of Nursing Degree Experience : 3 years' experience Licenses / Certifications : Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
