Job Description

We hire kind people!

The right person will provide EXCELLENT customer service. This ideal person will be responsible for providing in-person, hands-on care to our clients and may be promoted to serve as team lead for caregivers.

Job Duties Include : CAREGIVERS

  • Companionship and respite care.
  • Light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, dishes, laundry, cleaning / tidying of general areas (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living area) and similar tasks).
  • Personal Care (assisting clients with bathing safely, dressing, toileting, ambulating, repositioning, etc.)
  • Communication (engaging with client, clear communication with supervisor.)
  • Errands (grocery shopping, laundry, etc.)

NURSES (RN / LPN / GN)

  • In-Home Nursing Visits (around your schedule) or Short Shifts.
  • Medication Management, Nursing Assessments, Aide Oversight / Monitoring Visits.
  • Conduct Case Openings and Client Meet and Greets
  • Training Staff on Various Skills or Quarterly In-services
  • Create your own job description and your own schedule.

    • Cases Available with NO LIFTING or TRANSFERING!!

    The Ideal Candidate will :

  • Be kind, friendly, and respectful.
  • Be patient and compassionate.
  • Be punctual and have excellent attendance.
  • Be flexible, professional, and resourceful.
  • Be able to pass a background screening.

    • Job Types : Part-time, Full-time, PRN
