Job description

A company is looking for a Head of Partnerships & Alliances.

Key Responsibilities

Build and scale strategic relationships within the Crossplane ecosystem and collaborate with community leaders

Identify, negotiate, and grow partnerships with hyperscalers, ISVs, and SIs while developing joint go-to-market strategies

Design and operationalize a scalable partner program, ensuring alignment with product and engineering priorities

Required Qualifications

7+ years in technology partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development in cloud or open-source environments

Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems in high-growth settings

Experience managing both open-source and commercial partnerships

Deep understanding of cloud computing and the cloud-native landscape

Proficiency with CRM and partner management tools
