The Role and Mission

Boostability is seeking out a talented Lead Generation Manager to join our marketing team. The Lead Generation Manager will oversee and help execute all strategies used to develop and cultivate customer relationships.

The right candidate will help Boostability enter and succeed in new lead sources, advertise and sell new products, and drive strong revenue growth through strategic campaigns.

The Marketing Team

The marketing team makes Boostability shine bright. From emails to website design, to blogs, and beyond, they make sure Boostability helps our partners and customers succeed.

A Typical Day Might Include

  • Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline.
  • Developing integrated paid programs that significantly increase the marketing database and overall pipeline (e.g., Google PPC, content marketing, webinars, events)
  • Working within a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments, like sales and content, to develop and enhance strategies and build effective support programs, such as sales enablement.
  • Knowing the company’s brand and products inside and out.
  • Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences.
  • Assisting in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth.
  • Assuring buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights, and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision-making and next steps.
  • Delivering performance reports to leadership and other related departments.
  • Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation system to better nurture leads, increasing conversion rates to marketing qualified leads, and improving the integrity of the overall database.

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Has a deep understanding of B2B and B2B2C marketing.
  • Comes with 4+ years of proven experience and success in traffic generation and ad operations.
  • Possesses extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, SEM, paid digital, and other forms of lead generation.
  • Has strong interpersonal skills, and a high degree of initiative, with the ability to work in and across teams.
  • Comes with precise organizational skills and the ability to project manage multiple objectives at once.

You’ll Really Stand Out If

You have experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Unbounce, or other related platforms.
