POSTION SUMMARY

Unit Summary: Our Float Pool team works across multiple units throughout the hospital, caring for patients wherever needed most. You'll gain hands-on experience in Med-Surg, Progressive Care, and specialty units. This role is perfect for nurses who enjoy variety, want to master different specialties, and thrive in changing environments. Working with diverse teams and patient populations, you'll quickly expand your clinical skills while building relationships across the hospital. This is a position for nurses who understand the concept of patient centered care and will provide the foundations for all nursing care.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Current RN License in good standing with state licensing board.
• Minimum of 2 year of Med Surg or critical care experience in an acute care setting.
• BLS certification (ACLS within 3 months of hire)
• BSN required OR enrollment and completion of BSN within 5 years
