Job Details

Bilingual Criminal Law Paralegal

Department : Criminal Defense

Schedule : Monday to Friday ( on-site)

Duties & Responsibilities

Support attorneys with case research, legal writing, and administrative tasks

Translate documents and assist with Spanish-speaking clients

Attend trials and support litigation prep as needed

Draft case briefs, interrogatory summaries, and legal correspondence

Conduct investigative and documentary research

Track deadlines and manage calendars

Answer phones and manage contact lists

Qualifications

Prior experience as a legal assistant or paralegal

Fluency in English and Spanish required

Familiarity with legal procedures and court systems

Organized and able to handle multiple deadlines

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and case management software
