We are seeking a Power Services Manager to join our Miami Beach team and help us continue exceeding client expectations.

The role

As Power Services Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of power distribution at a flagship Miami Beach venue. You’ll be responsible for resource planning, compliance with safety standards, equipment oversight, and leading a skilled technical team. Working closely with venue leadership, sales, and technical staff, you’ll ensure power services are delivered efficiently and reliably, supporting world-class live events.

Key responsibilities

Plan, allocate, and supervise labour for event power requirements

Interpret floor plans, specifications, and event orders to assign tasks

Coach and manage a team of technicians, ensuring safety and quality

Oversee electrical load calculations and compliance with safety standards

Manage budgets, labour hours, materials, and equipment inventory

Partner with clients to identify power needs for installs and dismantles

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure equipment inspections and repairs

Drive process improvements to increase crew efficiency and operational excellence

Skills & experience required

Minimum 5 years’ electrical experience in events, exhibitions, or related fields

Ability to interpret technical drawings and floor plans

Strong understanding of temporary power safety standards

Familiarity with union jurisdictions and rules

Proven leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and project management ability

Microsoft Office proficiency (SharePoint / Teams advantageous)

ETCP Entertainment Electrician, Portable Power Distribution, or Journeyman certification (preferred)

Salary & benefits

Base salary of $85,000–$95,000 plus sales incentive plan
