Description
As a Project Manager / Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to support the initiative execution at the Green Bay Plant.
Your role as the Technical Engineer / Project Manager will be a key enabler in leading and delivering base business and initiative masterplan for Family Care and be the liaison with Central Engineering for feasibility studies and feasibility requests.
You will be a contact for capital spend, trending, forecasting, and overall execution for all Process Area Projects.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated Project Management skills.
- Demonstrated technical mastery, leadership, and collaboration skills is required.
- Proven ability to deliver projects at cost and on schedule is required
- Experience in executing projects and use of the standard PM / IM work processes throughout the phases of the projects.
- Master planning for a site to ensure making, packing, facilities meet long term plant objectives.
- Embraces Change - the site is embarking on an unprecedented change in operations and manufacturing strategy thus requiring a person that welcomes change and looks for opportunities to improve our processes.
- Leadership - Proven track record to learn and build capability in others. Experience managing others, providing performance feedback, setting expectations...etc.
- Builds Diverse & Collaborative Relationships - Development of relationships will be critical to your success in supporting the Family Care business both in the various businesses and across the multiple levels of leadership at the Green Bay plant.
- Innovates & Reapplies : As the site Technical Engineer / Project Manager you will be expected to develop and reapply creative solutions via previous experiences and benchmarking from within the site.
