A company is looking for a Regional Director North America.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with corporate goals

Drive the development and expansion of the sales organization and establish service departments

Manage financial performance and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business administration or engineering

Proven experience in a senior sales and leadership role on an international level

Track record of success in selling B2B products

Experience in electronic component industries, especially in the Premium segment, is advantageous

Customer Industry Knowledge in relevant high-tech applications is beneficial
