JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office or outpatient clinic setting, providing front desk support such as check-in, scheduling, and patient communication. Candidates should be professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of patient interactions. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and phone systems are essential. Prior experience in ENT or specialty care is a plus.

JOB SUMMARY

The Receptionist / Front Desk is the first point of contact for patients visiting the ENT clinic and plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This position is responsible for greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, updating demographic and insurance information, collecting co-pays and balances, scheduling appointments, and answering incoming calls. The receptionist supports clinic operations by maintaining accurate records, facilitating smooth patient flow, and providing excellent customer service.
