As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will play a key role in supporting the security-related needs of the location while upholding Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, innovation, and teamwork. Pay Rate : $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeFri03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PMSat07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual conditions, incidents, or activities within the financial institution location.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees, providing assistance as needed.

Document and report security-related incidents and / or concerns according to Allied Universal protocols.

Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and assisting with visitor management.

Remain alert and attentive while performing duties, adapting to changing environments and conditions as required by the financial institution location.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.

Must provide proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
