Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a visible presence. Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and / or irregularities according to Allied Universal protocols. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed during incidents or emergencies at the location. Remain alert and prepared to respond to alarms, disturbances, and / or requests for assistance from staff or visitors. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Have a minimum of three years combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree. Possess a valid armed guard card or license as required by the client. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Security Professional- Armed Financial Center - Full Time
As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents within a financial institution environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
