Position Summary :
As a Client Service Associate , you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client experiences. Your responsibilities will include handling confidential client information, processing paperwork, scheduling and confirming appointments, and collaborating closely with our team of Advisors.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives on building strong relationships and is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Interaction : Communicate effectively with clients, both over the phone and in person. Your friendly demeanor and professional approach will be essential.
- Administrative Support : Process paperwork accurately and efficiently. Maintain meticulous records and assist with various administrative tasks.
- Appointment Management : Coordinate client meetings, ensuring timely scheduling and confirmation.
- Collaboration : Work closely with Advisors to review ongoing tasks and provide necessary support.
- Deadline Adherence : Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
- Organizational Skills : Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and multitasking capabilities.
- Industry Knowledge : While prior experience in the financial industry is beneficial, we are open to teaching motivated candidates who share our commitment to learning and growth.
