What You'll Do :

Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond appropriately during emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues as they arise.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any security-related concerns.

Maintain awareness of the environment and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Follow all protocols for carrying and handling firearms in accordance with Allied Universal and client site requirements.

Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required.

Minimum Requirements :

Possess an armed guard card or license.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
