Senior Electrical Engineer (Irvine)

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a Direct Hire (or C2H) position in Irvine, CA. This position is fully onsite, offering growth and a generous benefit package upon conversion.

• Salary Range : $120K to $160K per year; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
• Location : Irvine, CA

Position Summary :

The Senior Electrical Engineer will plan and execute development studies for Value Analysis / Value Engineer (VAVE) projects. The Senior Electrical Engineer plans and conducts design / development engineering assignments generally involving projects of medium magnitude and scope, estimates human resource needs and schedules work to meet completion dates and technical specifications and may coordinate and direct Engineers, Designers and Technicians assigned to projects. This individual will be involved with developing proposals and cost estimates, evaluating progress and results, and recommending major changes in procedures or objectives. S / he will focus on design / development engineering assignments focused on electrical and electromechanical systems used in medical devices. S / he will also be responsible for identifying areas for cost savings, optimizing product performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
