Who we are looking for :

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Planner to be based out of Harvey, IL. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this person will be responsible for developing, scheduling, and maintaining all facility preventative and unplanned maintenance work orders.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ manufacturing experience, specifically working in a maintenance capacity, with a CMMS background, Maintenance Connections preferred. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.

What you’ll do :

• Establish and maintain a bill of material (BOM), equipment history, and storeroom min. / max. levels.
• Implement the developed bill of material (BOM) into the CMMS system.
• Maintain the technical library (blueprints, wiring diagrams, technical documents, and manufacturers’ installation / service manuals), utilizing these to complete assigned projects.
• Incorporate environmental, health, and safety requirements, to include lockout and tagout equipment information, into CMMS.
• Develop and generate capital expenditure requests for engineering and maintenance projects.
• Provide required administrative assistance, including generating purchase requisitions, tracking purchase orders, coordinating onsite activities with third-party contractors, generating reports, etc.
• Ensure safety, delivery, quality, and cost metrics for the facility are being met.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $69,040 - $94,930. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
