Principal Duties, Responsibilities, and Goals :
- Performs event pre-planning activities that include communication with members of the sales and operations teams, property tours, tastings, and creation of service plan and staffing deployment.
- Works with members of the sales team to ensure the event is set up and service is carried out according to the client and sales manager's expectations.
- Demonstrates clear and open communication with both FOH and BOH staff.
- Ensures accurate opening and closing liquor, rental and equipment inventories.
- Responsible for complete event execution which includes overseeing event set up, managing staff, and working closely with our clients and sales managers to ensure successful, memorable events.
- This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time, carrying or lifting items up to 50 lbs and bending, stooping, and kneeling.
Qualifications and attributes :
- A minimum of 1-3 years management experience in a high-volume event environment.
- Extensive knowledge of event logistics, extreme attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to lead a team under the most stressful of situations.
- Ability to deliver high-impact customer service moments and superb quality food and beverage experiences.
- Diligent and process-oriented to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Honest, reliable, creative, and respectful.
Schedule :
The schedule is based on business needs.
Availability requirement includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.
