About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Nurse Manager II to lead our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in a 24 / 7 acute care environment. This role combines clinical expertise with strategic leadership—ensuring safe, high-quality patient care, staff development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee ICU operations, staffing, and patient care delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing critical care nursing team.
• Implement evidence-based practices and ensure compliance with TJC and state / federal regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and performance metrics to achieve departmental goals.
