East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) is seeking for (1) regular full time Maintenance Supervisor in the Property Management department.

Summary :

Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor performs skilled tasks in the maintenance of rental units, common area facilities, and grounds, and other work as required to protect the marketability of the site. The Maintenance Supervisor should take the initiative to implement and / or maintain a preventive maintenance program to keep emergencies to a minimum and the site in good repair.

Salary Range

$63,000 - $68,000 annually
