The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently picking and packing orders, as well as operating a forklift as needed.

This position requires independence, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to meeting deadlines.

salary : $16 - $17 per hourshift : Firstwork hours : 7 AM - 3 : 30 PMeducation : High SchoolResponsibilitiesResponsibilities : Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards.

Utilize a forklift to move and organize inventory as required.Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift and other equipment.

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.Ability to handle high-stress situations and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in picking and packing roles.

Valid forklift operator certification.Proficiency in operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment.attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.

Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
