A growing and respected insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to lead a high-performing team and manage a portfolio of valued business clients. This is a key leadership opportunity focused on service, growth, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee and manage a select book of Commercial Lines clients.
• Lead day-to-day department operations and support agency goals.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate team members to build a strong, effective team.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
• Optimize workflows and drive efficiency using insurance management systems.
