We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Campaign Strategist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and can close campaigns and consults punctually.

You should possess strong communication skills, demonstrating a successful history in sales with an extensive network of Campaign and Political contacts.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities :

  • Initiate and maintain contact with prospects through effective outreach via phone to introduce our product and generate sales and revenue
  • Prospecting potential clients and pursuing sales inquiries
  • Utilize various sales techniques, including consultative selling, relationship selling, and solution selling, to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively position our solutions.
  • Develop, organize, and nurture a pipeline of leads from initial contact to qualified / closed status
  • Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of our services.
  • Close deals by obtaining client commitments and contracts
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in calculating figures and amounts, including percentages, commissions, distances, volumes, and delivery timeframes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing its values, mission, and offerings with integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales roles at a corporate institution
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets
  • Skills in problem definition, attention to detail, data collection, fact establishment, and drawing valid conclusions and projections.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities are essential.
  • Willingness to adapt and be flexible in response to changing priorities.
  • Must possess strong technology skills and be willing to learn new programs

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit / stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.

The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.

The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
