Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN with ICU or IMC float experience for a Progressive Care Stepdown unit in Lake Havasu, AZ, requiring an AZ or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Progressive Care Stepdown Transitional unit with ICU and IMC float responsibilities
  • Hospital setting caring for intermediate and critical care patients
  • Day shift schedule from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM
  • Assignment length is 13 weeks
  • Floating between ICU and IMC units is required
  • Provide care to patients requiring stepdown, ICU, and IMC level nursing
  • Required to float according to hospital needs
  • No references needed at the time of consideration
  • Nursys licensure must be active at the time of consideration

    • Requirements

  • Active AZ or compact RN license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant RN experience
  • Certifications must be current and RQI Certifications are not accepted
  • Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
  • COVID vaccination card required
  • Cannot have worked as perm staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
  • Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
  • Permanent address must be more than 60 miles from the facility
