Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a System Engineer for our client in the Consulting domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration : 6+ Months Contract

Location : Remote

Salary : $70.00-$75.00 / Hourly

Role : System Engineer

Primary Skills : Linux

Role Description : The System Engineer must have 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities :

• Primary system administrator for custom-developed full stack web application
• Support and enhance DevSecOps & CI / CD pipelines
• Own, maintain, and document all resource / service accounts and AD groups

O Annual attestation and password changes

o Document usage and password change process

O Configuration items to represent system components

O Support & Ticketing groups

O Change management

Must have experience with :

Nice to Have :

O JavaScript (React, TypeScript, jest / vitest)

O Python (Django, Google OR-Tools)

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience : Minimum 5+ years of experience

Relocation : This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel : No

Local : Yes

Note : Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
