Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional patient care skills, with experience in neuro and trauma care being highly preferred. This position will involve working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on team collaboration and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform neuro and spinal checks.
  • Assist in the placement of C-Collars and TLSO braces.
  • Administer chest tube, PCA pump, and IV infusions.
  • Conduct lumbar drain and feeding tube placements.
  • Manage blood transfusions and monitor patient responses.

    • Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Current ACLS Certification.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • NIHSS Certification.
  • Experience in neuro and trauma care preferred.
