Workday Technology Lead

Focus Financial Partners is seeking an experienced and strategic Workday Technology Lead to own the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of Workday HCM and Finance platforms. This role functions as a consultative partner across business functions, leads the governance process, manages system enhancements, and ensures a best-in-class Workday environment that supports growth and operational excellence.

This role can be based in St. Louis, MO.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic point of contact for Workday between HR, Finance, and Technology teams.
• Be a consultative partner to business leaders, helping to identify improvements through better system design.
• Lead governance process, roadmap planning, and resource coordination for Workday.
• Manage feature releases and system updates, ensuring alignment to business needs.
• Evaluate and recommend system changes or enhancements based on business priorities.
• Lead and mentor the Workday support team, balancing everyday support with strategic initiatives.
• Assist with configuring the Workday Platform.
• Keep system documentation up-to-date and accessible for others to understand.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.

Qualifications

The annual base pay range for this role is $130,000–$140,000. Actual base pay may vary based on experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location, and other factors. The base pay is one component of total compensation, which may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
