Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management-Operations Intern to join our Commercial & Industrial team in Nashville, TN for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience in management & operational strategy and process improvements within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Operations : Assist in daily operations, including data analysis, process improvement and project management tasks.
• Collaborate with Deal Teams : Work closely with deal teams to ensure smooth project operations and contribute to initiatives.
• Data Analysis : Collect, analyze and provide reporting on key divisional data to support decision making and process improvement.
• Strategic Process Support : Help manage strategic projects including timelines, key deliverables and participate in meetings to discuss.
