Responsibilities :
- Relationship Building :
- Cultivate and maintain strong long term relationships with clients through effective communication and active listening.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Sales and Consultation :
- Engage in consultative selling to educate clients on insurance products and guide them in making informed decisions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and effectively presenting insurance options.
- Develop long term relationships with clients allowing you to expand future relationships within a book of business that you manage.
- Client Support :
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy reviews and updates.
- Training and Development :
- Participate in a month long comprehensive training program covering insurance products, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements through continuous learning opportunities.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with insurance agency partners to align strategies and achieve mutual goals.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to enhance your skills and contribute to the success of the overall organization.
Qualifications :
- State Property & Casualty Insurance Licensure is a plus.
- Must be willing to obtain a State Property & Casualty Insurance Licensure if not currently in possession of one.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Comfortability with relational sales and building client relationships.
- Must be able to pass a financial services background check
- Must be a Pennsylvania Resident to Apply
Benefits :
- Competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential
- Guaranteed Base Salary of at least $41,000.
- First year earnings with commission projected to range between $55,000-70,000
- Second year projected earnings range between $90,000 - $110,000

Locations & Hours :
- Monday - Friday 9a-5p, Saturdays possible 9am-1pm
- Office Locations : South Philadelphia, Northeast Philadelphia, Bensalem, Langhorne, & Yardley
