Treatment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing ortho patients.
• Present orthodontic treatment plans in a way that’s easy to understand and exciting for families.
• Guide patients through financial options and help them confidently commit to treatment.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly orthodontic start goals.
• Follow up with leads and unscheduled patients — you’re their cheerleader!
• Communicate and coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from start to finish.
