Trial Delivery Lead

A company is looking for a Trial Delivery Lead to manage complex projects and programs across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of program activities

Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources while monitoring progress and addressing issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field

Extensive experience in program management with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects

Strong leadership and team management skills in a matrix environment

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including risk management and budgeting

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
