A company is looking for a Director of AI Marketing Analytics to lead innovation in data-driven marketing strategies across the consumer lending lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven marketing analytics solutions across the consumer credit lifecycle

Build and iterate on agentic AI solutions, contributing to intelligent agents for marketing decision-making

Drive the development of new analytical products and services using Big Data platforms and cloud-based infrastructure

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field

Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics within consumer lending or financial services

Hands-on expertise in building agentic AI systems with practical experience in marketing analytics

Advanced proficiency in Python, Spark, and modern AI agent frameworks

8+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with 2 years in a leadership role
