This role will support vessel maintenance and operational readiness by managing the procurement of marine equipment, spare parts, consumables, and technical services.

What You'll Do as a Senior Procurement Specialist :

• Source and procure marine equipment, spare parts, consumables, and technical services
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships worldwide
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and annual contracts
• Analyze requisitions and evaluate vendor quotations
• Create and manage purchase orders through fulfillment
• Coordinate delivery logistics to global port locations
• Ensure procurement activities comply with maritime safety and regulatory standards
• Track supplier performance, manage warranties, and resolve order issues
• Work closely with vessel and marine operations personnel
• Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP / sourcing systems
• Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
