At Soul Refiner, we need a great Content Manager. This means somebody with at least these three characteristics :

What Winning Looks Like

• You will collaborate with marketers, writers and executives to enhance our SEO and drive traffic to SoulRefiner.com.
• You will create and publish engaging content.
• You will optimize content according to SEO.
• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms.
• Keep the stakeholders on board with an editorial calendar.
• Ensure all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection).
• Build and maintain relationships with the press.
• Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.

Skills Needed to Win

Realistically, we need someone with strong writing skills and familiarity with SEO. Your previous work will demonstrate how great of a writer you truly are.

• You love to write. Writing comes naturally to you.
• You know how to develop a content strategy that’s aligned with marketing goals.
• You have basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
• You understand marketing and are versed in how to execute strategy and analyze traffic and engagement metrics. You rely on data to make decisions.

Data is your friend.With these fundamental characteristics, you have the foundation for success in this role. We don’t want to paint a rosy picture.
