Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and implementation of a performance measurement framework :
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define campaign goals and objectives.
- Select the most suitable technologies to support data collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Develop a data architecture that facilitates data-driven decision making for all stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Lead data analysis and reporting :
- Work collaboratively with a team of data analysts to develop comprehensive measurement strategies and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for media teams and other stakeholders.
- Create and maintain clear and concise measurement plans to guide data collection and analysis efforts.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Manage relationships with data providers and analytics platforms, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.
- Communicate insights and foster continuous improvement :
- Facilitate client calls and presentations, effectively communicating complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and implement solutions to uphold data integrity.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics, visualization, media advertising, AdTech, and MarTech.
- Provide mentorship to team members, contributing to their professional development in this dynamic field.
