The Sr Manager Business Consultant will serve as the Chief of Staff (CoS) and a trusted strategic advisor to the AVP of Aetna's Clinical Innovation & Operational Enablement, driving execution of transformative healthcare initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring operational excellence across departments. The CoS role bridges strategy and implementation, enabling the organization to accelerate innovation, digital transformation and value based healthcare outcomes. This role acts as a force multiplier for leadership translating strategic vision into execution ensuring accountability across teams and optimizing decision making through the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution

• Partner with the AVP and leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans, performance goals, and organizational priorities.
• Lead strategic initiatives and ensure timely progress toward company objectives.
• Translate innovation concepts into executable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, presentations, and analyses to support informed decision-making.
• Serve as a thought partner on key business issues, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is : $67,900.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
