Job Overview :

The technically skilled and detail-oriented Application Engineer will serve as the bridge between customers and the engineering team, ensuring that product solutions meet client requirements while providing technical support and guidance throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires a combination of engineering expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. Work involves developing comprehensive product knowledge, examining specifications, preparing proposals, and collaborating closely with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities :

Review and assess customer inquiries and specifications.

Prepare quotations, including commercial terms, exceptions, clarifications, and drawings.

Design and cost non-standard or special capital equipment.

Provide technical field sales support.

Serve as the liaison between the customer and internal departments.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in related field.

1+ years of experience in application or sales engineering experience.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with great attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferences :

Deep knowledge of Air Treatment Products and Quote Process.

Experience with SAP (or similar software).

Experience with size and selection of dehydration equipment.

Ability to read technical specifications.

Ability to read schematics and flow Diagrams.

Experience with Windchill software.

Travel & Work Arrangements / Requirements :

Onsite.
