Job description

Sr. Technical Recruiter at Integration International Inc.

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for PCB design and product development? Were looking for a driven Senior Electrical Engineer to lead multiple high-impact projects within our global R&D team .

Youll take ownership of 13 PCB design projects from day one, support troubleshooting / testing, and mentor junior engineers playing a key role in shaping both legacy and next?gen products.

What Youll Do

Lead and execute PCB design projects through full development lifecycle
Provide electrical engineering support including analog / digital troubleshooting
Collaborate cross?functionally with manufacturing, mechanical, and quality teams
Create and manage schematics, BOMs, and documentation
Ensure compliance with EMC, safety, thermal, DFM / DFA standards
Support qualification of power electronic components (IGBTs, Magnetics, etc.)

Qualifications

810 years of professional experience (internships not counted)

Strong background in analog or digital circuit design

Hands?on experience with PCB design tools (Cadence Allegro preferred; others welcome)

Proficient in PLM systems (Windchill PDM or similar)

Skilled in using test equipment (oscilloscopes, AC / DC sources, data loggers, etc.)

Proven ability to work independently and in cross?functional teams

Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering required

Experience with GE Proficy or Modicon Control Expert Software

Familiarity with product lifecycle management

Prior experience in mentoring junior engineers
