This business unit is hiring for a Plant Controller with 5+ years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.
You will be responsible for performing cost accounting functions such as monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and performing analyses of key financial results.
Position is full-time, permanent, and hybrid on-site 3 days per week minimum. International travel required once per business quarter.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of cost accounting experience
- Four-year degree in economics, finance, accounting, or relevant field
- Exposure to the manufacturing industry
- Experience supporting month-end close processes with reclass and reconciliation efforts
Bonus Skills
- CPA, CMA, or MBA degree strongly preferred
- Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle Hyperion and Adaptive Workday planning software preferred
