Key Responsibilities
Facilitate hospital registration and scheduling, ensuring accurate patient identification and insurance verification
Comply with regulatory guidelines, enforcing hospital compliance with various healthcare standards
Utilize critical thinking to assess patient needs and maintain positive interactions with patients and families
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
2-5 years of relevant experience in patient access or registration
CHAA certification required
No supervisory experience needed
Experience with EPIC systems preferred
