Compensation and Benefits :
- Competitive $17 per hour draw with no penalty for not meeting draw
- Minimum commission of $100, with an additional $100 flat for ordered vehicles at the time of order
- Beginning commission of 20% of front gross, with level bonuses
- Additional commission opportunities starting at sale #9
