Minimum qualifications : + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field. + 14 years of experience in management consulting, project management, procurement, planning or related areas, from a public accounting firm or multi-national company. + 5 years of people management experience. + Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements. + Experience implementing cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and risk mitigation strategies within a procurement context. Preferred qualifications : + Knowledge of procurement processes, strategies, best practices and familiarity with digital technologies and their applications in procurement. + Ability to translate organizational goals into actionable plans and initiatives. + Ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and executive management, with the capacity to inspire and influence cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives. + Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting innovation, soliciting feedback, and implementing best practices. + Excellent communication, problem-solving and people-management skills.

Within the GPO, the One Google Procurement Enablement team focuses on enabling GPO's goal through impactful cross-GPO programs, fostering operational excellence, innovation, and proactive risk management to deliver Google-wide value. In this role, you will be driving programs and supporting the adoption of new procurement processes and systems and our One Google Procurement Goal. You will utilize your expertise in procurement along with adept programs and change management skills to guide teams, boost operational efficiency, and consistently exceed stakeholder expectations. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $204,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities + Partner with Global Process Ownership (GPO) pillars and executive leadership to define, develop, and execute a multi-year road-map for procurement, ensuring alignment with Google's overarching business objectives. + Manage high-impact programs related to procurement, from creation and planning to execution and post-implementation review, including overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources. + Advocate proactive change management, developing and implementing strategies ensuring successful adoption of new procurement strategies, processes, and systems across Google. + Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor program effectiveness, measure the impact of initiatives, and drive a culture of data-informed decision-making. + Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization by facilitating knowledge sharing, providing mentorship, and identifying opportunities for development.
