Senior Marketing Analyst
The Pepsi-Lipton Partnership (PLP) is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to lead growth on our largest ready-to-drink iced tea brand, Pure Leaf. The PLP is a joint venture with Unilever that includes an end-to-end team across all functions made up of employees from both organizations. This role offers unique exposure to a JV as well as brands in different life stages, with distinct consumers and priority channels.
In this role you will be a critical part of the Pure Leaf brand team, responsible for supporting and executing the AOP and Commercial Strategy, including growing business on innovation and core sales. This individual will partner closely with relevant stakeholders including internal sales, upstream marketing partners, and portfolio marketing to execute the commercial agenda and grow the brand within key markets, channels, and customers.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion for our brands / business and be able to nurture collaborative relationships with cross functional teams to ideate, develop, and execute brand programming. They will be able to think strategically and creatively, leveraging data to evaluate brand performance and identify future opportunities for brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal / external resources (Pure Leaf brand comms, sales, finance, supply chain, insights, design, legal, agencies, etc.) to deliver against the brand's marketing priorities
- Develop and drive brand's national programming, including concept development, consumer engagement, and in-store execution
- Lead retail programming through the commercial challenger playbook process
- Support innovation commercialization, including national or channel specific packs, and develop sell-in materials
- Own the Pure Leaf portion of our PBR meetings for the PLP (Period Business Reviews), including sharing out business performance and analysis for the brand, category, and competitors, managing input from cross-functional contributors, and providing thought leadership on overall storytelling
- Support the annual operating plan process for the brand
- Manage the Pure Leaf commercial marketing budget
Compensation and Benefits :
The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,000 - $140,650.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
