We believe in the potential of every individual we serve. You will work hands-on with children (ages 18 months to 8 years) using ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive, center-based environment. With top-tier supervision and ongoing training, you'll make a real impact every day!

What You'll Be Doing as a Behavior Therapist :

  • Utilize ABA therapy principles in one-on-one settings to support children with Autism in reaching their full potential by following treatment plans, collecting data, and implementing supervisor feedback.
  • Engage children through fun therapeutic activities that promote their development.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to optimize treatment and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Connect with children through play, music, and movement to create a joyful atmosphere.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to coordinate activities and celebrate successes.

Job Requirements :

  • Ability to lift and move children in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 30 lbs and moving quickly.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized therapy environment.
  • Multitask effectively while assessing safety and prioritization.
  • Support team cohesion across different regions or centers as needed.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a High School diploma or GED.
  • Candidates must complete the RBT certification within 20 days of employment by passing a 40-hour training course and associated assessments.

  • Pay Ranges Based on Experience :

  • Associates / High School : $20.00 - $24.00
  • Bachelor's : $20.00 - $25.50
  • Master's : $20.00 - $28.00
  • Your first raise is earned upon certification as RBT.

    Preferred Experience :

  • Childcare roles (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, etc.).
  • Mental health support experience.
  • Experience as camp counselors or volunteers.
  • Educational degrees in teaching or related fields are encouraged.
  • Passion for working with children on the Autism Spectrum.
