Cost & Inventory Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost & Inventory Accountant with strong NetSuite experience to manage our manufacturing and inventory accounting. You'll ensure accurate tracking of materials, finished goods, and COGS, support month-end close, and assist with daily financial operations.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate inventory and COGS records in NetSuite
• Track inventory movement between Vietnam and the U.S., ensuring correct costing and valuation
• Reconcile inventory reports with physical counts and shipping documents
• Calculate and monitor standard and actual product costs, including labor and overhead
• Support monthly financial close by preparing journal entries and reconciliations
• Perform banking tasks, including cash postings and reconciliation
• Assist with vendor payments and AP processes
• Support financial audits and provide documentation as needed
• Continuously improve inventory tracking and accounting workflows in NetSuite
