Pay : $42.30 / hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims, dealership / customer feedback, and returned parts to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Support quality initiatives including Stop Ships / Builds, campaigns, audits, variability reduction efforts, and supplier quality resolution.
• Lead engineering commodity changes, cost reduction actions, and trials for product launches and running changes.
• Issue engineering alerts / concerns, maintain quality documents, and present updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, technical experts, and suppliers to drive corrective actions and improve product quality across electrical and body interior systems.
